1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Cyntari, a cybersecurity research and reports directory operated by:
In these Terms, “Cyntari,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bridgerwise s. r. o.
“You” and “user” refer to any visitor, registered user, or other person who accesses or uses Cyntari.
By accessing or using Cyntari, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. What Cyntari provides
Cyntari is a directory and research gateway that helps users discover cybersecurity reports and research published by third parties.
Cyntari may provide:
- Report titles.
- Publisher or source information.
- Authors.
- Publication dates.
- Cover images.
- Summaries.
- Themes.
- Tags.
- Questions addressed by reports.
- Editorial analysis.
- Related-report recommendations.
- Links to external reports or publisher websites.
- Favourites.
- Report alerts.
- Report-access history.
- User-submitted report suggestions.
- Feedback tools.
Cyntari generally does not host the complete third-party reports listed in the directory.
A report link may lead to:
- A direct report file.
- A publisher's report page.
- A registration form.
- A gated download page.
- Another third-party website.
3. Access model
Cyntari uses a mixed-access model.
People without an account may access limited report pages and summaries.
Certain content and functionality may require a registered account, including:
- Broader access to the report directory.
- Report download or external access links.
- Advanced search.
- Search by questions.
- Favourites.
- Report alerts.
- Report-access history.
- Report submissions.
- Other account-only features.
We may change access limits or assign functionality to different account levels.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create or use a Cyntari account.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years old.
- The information you provide is accurate.
- You have authority to accept these Terms.
- Your use of Cyntari is lawful in your location.
If you use Cyntari on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
5. User accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account.
- Protecting your password, magic link, email account, and authentication information.
- Activities conducted through your account.
- Keeping your email address accurate and accessible.
- Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
You must not:
- Share authentication links with unauthorized persons.
- Use another person's account without permission.
- Create accounts using false or misleading information.
- Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
- Use automated methods to create or operate accounts.
- Sell, transfer, or commercially provide access to an account without our written permission.
We may require additional verification where necessary to protect the service.
6. Report ownership
The reports listed through Cyntari are generally created, published, and owned by third-party organizations, authors, or other rights holders.
Cyntari does not claim ownership of third-party reports.
All copyrights, trademarks, report titles, logos, cover images, and other rights associated with a third-party report remain the property of their respective owners.
The inclusion of a report on Cyntari does not:
- Transfer ownership to Cyntari.
- Mean that Cyntari authored the report.
- Grant users rights beyond those allowed by law or the publisher.
- Create an endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership.
- Mean that the publisher has approved Cyntari's summary or classification.
Your use of an original report is subject to the publisher's terms, licence, copyright notices, and applicable law.
7. Cyntari content
Cyntari or its licensors own the rights in Cyntari-created materials, including where applicable:
- The Cyntari name, brand, and logos.
- Website design and software.
- Original summaries.
- Editorial analysis.
- Report classifications.
- Themes and taxonomy.
- Tags and normalized metadata.
- Collections and organization of report information.
- Questions created or structured by Cyntari.
- Search and discovery functionality.
- Database structure.
- Original articles and Insights content.
Some Cyntari content may be created with AI assistance, but it remains subject to the rights and restrictions stated in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Cyntari intellectual property to you.
8. Permitted use
Subject to these Terms, Cyntari grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for:
- Personal research.
- Academic research.
- Internal professional or business research.
- Evaluating reports.
- Discovering reports.
- Maintaining personal favourites and alerts.
- Reasonable citation, quotation, or linking where permitted by law.
You may use insights obtained through Cyntari in your internal work, research, analysis, and decision-making.
Permitted internal business use does not include republishing, reselling, systematically extracting, or commercially exploiting Cyntari's database or enriched content.
9. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, index, or copy Cyntari content through automated means without written permission.
- Mass-download reports, metadata, summaries, tags, questions, links, or other content.
- Circumvent authentication, rate limits, access controls, or technical restrictions.
- Rotate accounts, IP addresses, devices, or user agents to evade restrictions.
- Access or attempt to access private APIs, databases, edge functions, administrative systems, or non-public endpoints.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code, security controls, or underlying data structures, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Republish or reproduce a substantial part of Cyntari's database.
- Build, populate, or improve a competing report directory using Cyntari content.
- Sell, license, sublicense, distribute, or create a commercial dataset from Cyntari content.
- Use Cyntari content for training, fine-tuning, grounding, evaluating, or populating an artificial intelligence or machine-learning system without written permission.
- Use Cyntari content as part of a retrieval dataset, benchmark, knowledge base, or data product without written permission.
- Remove copyright, attribution, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Misrepresent Cyntari summaries as content authored or endorsed by a report publisher.
- Upload malware, exploit code, or unlawful content.
- Interfere with or damage Cyntari or its infrastructure.
- Use Cyntari to violate applicable law or the rights of others.
10. Automated access and AI training
Automated access, including scraping, crawling, headless browsing, and data-extraction tools, is not permitted without written permission.
Cyntari content may not be used to train, fine-tune, benchmark, ground, or populate artificial intelligence, machine-learning, or retrieval systems without written permission.
We may enforce these restrictions through technical measures, rate limits, blocking, or legal action.
11. External reports and websites
Cyntari provides links to third-party reports and websites for convenience and research purposes.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for:
- Their content.
- Their availability.
- Their security.
- Their cookies.
- Their registration processes.
- Their privacy practices.
- Their data collection.
- Their marketing communications.
- Their terms or licences.
- Changes made to a report or website.
- Fees or conditions imposed by the third party.
Some report publishers require users to register or provide personal or professional information before accessing a report.
Information submitted on a third-party website is provided directly to that third party and is governed by its privacy policy and terms.
Cyntari is not responsible for how a report publisher or other third party handles your personal data.
You should review the applicable third-party policies before providing information or downloading content.
12. No endorsement
Listing, featuring, ranking, summarizing, or linking to a report does not mean that Cyntari:
- Endorses the report.
- Endorses the publisher.
- Verifies every statement in the report.
- Recommends a particular product, service, company, or policy.
- Has a commercial relationship with the publisher.
- Guarantees that the report is independent or unbiased.
Reports may reflect the views, research methods, commercial interests, limitations, or assumptions of their publishers.
13. Accuracy and completeness
Cyntari may include information obtained from:
- Report publishers.
- Publicly available sources.
- User submissions.
- Human research.
- Automated or AI-assisted processing.
We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that:
- Report information is complete.
- A summary includes every relevant finding.
- Metadata is error-free.
- A publication date or author list is correct.
- A classification or tag is definitive.
- A report link remains available.
- A report is the latest edition.
- A publisher has not changed or withdrawn content.
- AI-assisted content is free from error.
- A report itself is accurate, complete, independent, or current.
Users should consult the original report and its publisher before relying on the information.
14. AI-assisted content
Some report summaries, metadata, tags, questions, classifications, comparisons, or editorial materials may be drafted or processed using artificial intelligence.
Cyntari uses a mixed human and AI-assisted process, and published content is approved by the Cyntari team.
Human approval does not guarantee that content is complete or error-free.
AI-assisted summaries are provided to support report discovery and are not substitutes for reading the original report.
15. Research and informational purposes
Cyntari and its content are provided for informational and research purposes.
Cyntari does not provide:
- Legal advice.
- Regulatory advice.
- Compliance advice.
- Cybersecurity consulting.
- Incident-response advice.
- Investment advice.
- Financial advice.
- Insurance advice.
- Medical advice.
- Advice tailored to your organization.
- A guarantee that any security measure will prevent an incident.
You are responsible for independently assessing information and obtaining appropriate professional advice.
16. User submissions
Registered users may suggest reports by submitting a report URL.
By making a submission, you confirm that:
- The submission is made in good faith.
- The URL relates to a legitimate report or research publication.
- You will not knowingly submit malware, phishing content, unlawful material, stolen content, or confidential information.
- You will not submit unnecessary personal data.
- You have not misrepresented your relationship with the publisher.
- Your submission does not violate another person's rights.
You grant Cyntari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the submitted URL and accompanying information for the purpose of reviewing, classifying, creating, publishing, maintaining, and promoting a Cyntari directory entry.
You do not grant Cyntari ownership of the underlying third-party report.
We may:
- Accept or reject a submission.
- Correct submitted information.
- Add summaries, tags, themes, questions, or metadata.
- Merge duplicate submissions.
- Contact you about the submission.
- Remove a listing.
- Decide not to provide a reason for an editorial decision.
Submission does not guarantee publication.
17. Feedback
You may submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or content corrections.
You grant Cyntari permission to use feedback without restriction or compensation to:
- Improve the service.
- Correct information.
- Develop features.
- Investigate problems.
- Communicate with you about the matter.
This permission does not transfer ownership of confidential material that you were not authorized to disclose.
Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or unnecessary personal information through feedback forms.
18. Report alerts
Registered users may create email alerts based on themes, tags, or other criteria.
Alerts may be sent immediately, weekly, or at another available frequency.
You may stop an alert by deleting or disabling it.
We do not guarantee that:
- Every matching report will trigger an alert.
- An alert will be sent immediately.
- An email will be delivered.
- An email will avoid spam filtering.
- Duplicate alerts will never occur.
- Alert matching will always be accurate.
Deleting an alert may not stop a message that has already entered the delivery process.
19. Platform communications
We may send registered users occasional platform communications concerning Cyntari.
Users may unsubscribe from non-essential platform newsletters through their profile or an unsubscribe mechanism.
We may continue to send communications that are necessary for:
- Account security.
- Authentication.
- Password recovery.
- Account deletion or restoration.
- Alert delivery.
- Legal notices.
- Material service changes.
- Responding to user requests.
Where required by law, marketing communications will be sent only with the necessary consent.
20. Favourites and report history
Account functionality may allow you to save favourites and view reports you previously accessed.
These functions are provided for convenience.
We do not guarantee that:
- A favourite report will remain listed.
- An external report link will remain active.
- Report history will be complete.
- Account data will never be lost due to technical failure.
You should not rely on Cyntari as your only recordkeeping system.
21. Account deletion and recovery
You may request account deletion through your profile.
After the request:
- The account is deactivated.
- Account functionality becomes inaccessible.
- Alerts and non-essential communications stop.
- A 90-day recovery period begins.
During the recovery period, you may restore the account yourself.
If you restore the account within 90 days, your retained account information may become available again.
If you do not restore the account, it will be permanently deleted from active systems after the recovery period.
Residual backup data may remain for up to an additional 90 days, subject to the backup cycle and our Privacy Policy.
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, anti-abuse, or dispute-resolution purposes.
22. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that:
- You have violated these Terms.
- You have scraped or mass-downloaded content.
- You have attempted to circumvent restrictions.
- Your account creates a security risk.
- You have submitted malicious or unlawful material.
- Your use infringes third-party rights.
- Your activity may expose us or another person to legal liability.
- Suspension is required by law.
- Your conduct threatens Cyntari's operation or integrity.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue. We are not required to provide advance notice in urgent security, legal, fraud, or abuse situations.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, prohibited use, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and enforcement survive termination.
23. Copyright and content concerns
Rights holders and publishers may contact us concerning:
- Incorrect attribution.
- An incorrect report link.
- An unauthorized cover image or excerpt.
- Copyright or trademark concerns.
- Confidential or unlawfully published content.
- A request to update or remove a listing.
Notices should be sent to: director@bridgerwise.com.
A notice should include:
- The complainant's name and contact information.
- Identification of the relevant report or Cyntari page.
- A description of the rights or issue involved.
- The requested action.
- Evidence of authority to act for the rights holder, where applicable.
- A good-faith statement that the information provided is accurate.
We may request additional information.
We may remove, restrict, restore, or modify content while reviewing a notice. Taking action does not constitute an admission of liability.
24. Service availability and changes
Cyntari may change over time.
We may:
- Add or remove reports.
- Change classifications or summaries.
- Change account functionality.
- Introduce access limits.
- Change free or paid account levels.
- Modify search functionality.
- Suspend features.
- Conduct maintenance.
- Discontinue part or all of the service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability.
We may change or discontinue Cyntari without liability, subject to mandatory legal obligations.
25. Free and future paid services
Cyntari may currently provide some or all functionality without charge.
We may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, usage limits, or premium features in the future.
We will not charge you or convert your account into a paid subscription without presenting applicable pricing and obtaining the agreement required by law.
Any future paid service may be subject to additional terms covering:
- Pricing.
- Taxes.
- Billing.
- Renewal.
- Cancellation.
- Refunds.
- Trials.
- Plan changes.
26. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyntari is provided:
- “As is.”
- “As available.”
- Without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or security.
We do not warrant that:
- Cyntari will meet your requirements.
- Reports or summaries are accurate.
- Information is suitable for a specific decision.
- Access will be uninterrupted.
- Errors will be corrected.
- External links will remain available.
- The service will be free from harmful components.
- Alerts will always be delivered.
- Third-party websites will protect your data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
27. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bridgerwise s. r. o. and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including:
- Loss of profits.
- Loss of revenue.
- Loss of data.
- Loss of opportunity.
- Loss of goodwill.
- Business interruption.
- Security losses.
- Decisions made in reliance on a report or summary.
- Conduct of a third-party publisher.
- External website data practices.
- Failure or delay of an alert.
- Unavailability of a report or the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to Cyntari will be limited to the greater of:
- The amount you paid directly to us for Cyntari during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- EUR 100.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or other liability protected by mandatory law.
28. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridgerwise s. r. o. from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from:
- Your unlawful use of Cyntari.
- Your material breach of these Terms.
- Content or links you submit.
- Your infringement of another person's rights.
- Your attempt to scrape, attack, disrupt, or misuse the service.
This section does not apply to the extent that a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
29. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Cyntari Privacy Policy.
By using Cyntari, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
30. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
- Changes to Cyntari.
- New functionality.
- Changes in law.
- Changes to our business model.
- Security requirements.
- Changes to third-party services.
Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last updated” date.
Where changes are material, we may provide notice through Cyntari or by email.
Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Where mandatory law requires express acceptance, we will request it.
31. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
32. Disputes and jurisdiction
Before commencing formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact us at director@bridgerwise.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
Subject to mandatory consumer laws, courts with jurisdiction in Bratislava, Slovak Republic, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or Cyntari.
Consumers residing in the European Union may also have rights to bring proceedings before courts available under mandatory consumer-protection law.
33. General provisions
33.1 Entire agreement
These Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them form the agreement between you and Bridgerwise s. r. o. concerning Cyntari.
33.2 Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced to best achieve its intended lawful purpose.
33.3 No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
33.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
33.5 No partnership
These Terms do not create an employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and Cyntari.
33.6 Language
If these Terms are translated, the English-language version will prevail to the extent permitted by law, unless the translated version expressly states otherwise.
33.7 Headings
Headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
