A Chinese state-sponsored espionage actor, also tracked as RedJuliett and associated with Storm-0919. It targets government, education, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology organizations, especially in Taiwan, using living-off-the-land techniques and compromised routers to maintain stealthy access.
